Overview

First Generation Americans Foundation is a non-profit with a mission to facilitate success and effectiveness of immigrants within large US corporations with the focus on their unique challenges. The foundation will organize non-profit activities to help others understand and manage immigrants and help immigrants understand how to be understood and be most productive in large corporations. These activities will include, for example, for immigrants: language training using volunteer educators, communications skills coaching, training in non-verbal skills, unspoken conventions in the US corporations, successful career management; and for managers: culture training, training in practical skills for successful conversations and performance coaching with immigrants.
