With an office in Ebene-Mauritius, the captive Group Shared Services Center currently employs over 100 employees: professionals and specialists in their respective domains covering critical banking support functions. The center operates as an independent entity and collaborates closely with Group Banks to promote an increasingly disciplined and well-engineered deployment of the Group Strategies against the backdrop of various changing external factors, adhere to the highest ethical standards, reinforcing the transparency and controls framework and in meeting the requirements to providing top-notch banking products and services to customers.
