We at Fintrade Technologies are developing our first product 'Techfin' which is a complete Hybrid Modelled Training cum Job Placement provider. FinTech is an integration of both IT and banking sector. The workforce is as important as technology in staying relevant. People, not systems, drive innovation. As industry boundaries for TMT (Technology, Media, Telecom) and FS (Financial Services) disappear, it’s important to reach beyond traditional sources of recruitment when filling roles. So Techfin is filling this gap and preparing workforce Fintech ready by developing and upskilling skills for both TMT and FS and hence maintaining the balance.
