Fintech Ventures Fund ("FVF") is an early-stage venture capital firm focused exclusively on investing in fintech and insurtech startups. We also often structure the first institutional credit facilities for our portfolio companies from a separate funding vehicle. Following our Fund’s initial investment, our portfolio company founders have secured over $1.2 billion in cumulative equity and debt financing from leading strategic investors. Follow-on financial services co-investors include Apollo, Blackstone, Credit Suisse, Fairfax Financial, Greenlight Reinsurance (founded by David Einhorn), Jefferies, Mass Mutual, and Rockefeller Capital Management. Our portfolio companies have also raised venture/growth capital from top-tier firms such as Drive Capital, Edison Partners, Goodwater Capital, Hudson Structured Capital Management, Montage Ventures, Slow Ventures, and Yamaha Motor Ventures. Members of the FVF portfolio have exited successfully to strategic acquirers, including Neuberger Berman and a subsidiary of Visa.
