Fine Associates has a long and successful history of urban and suburban developments in Minneapolis and other cities. We are experienced in coordination and supervising all aspect of the development process: from conception and site acquisition through land planning, governmental approvals, design, financing and construction, and finally on to marketing and management. Fine associates manages all the properties that it developed and owns, or that have been acquired by Fine Associates and its affiliates.
