FIFO Focus has been dedicated to supporting organisations to create psychologically healthy workplaces since 2015. We partner with organisations to design work that enables psychological health, and manage psychosocial risks to prevent harm. Our work also extends to assisting long distance workers to maintain good mental health and wellbeing during their FIFO employment, as well as thrive in the FIFO life with their families. FIFO Focus is well respected in the mining and resources industry and known for providing proactive, evidence-informed psychological services for FIFO organisations and communities. We are the only mental health service provider specifically dedicated to the FIFO population.
