Founded in 1979, the Financial & International Business Association is a non-profit trade association that provides comprehensive support to the global financial services industry through education, conferences, and advocacy. OUR MISSION Act as a thought leader and advocate for the financial services industry to protect the global financial system from money laundering, terrorist financing and cyber-attacks while providing a forum to educate, inform and connect the global community FIBA has developed 13 different committees that members can become a part of. Committee activities include drafting position papers and comment letters, forming task forces to deal with specific events, inviting guest speakers on a topic of interest, or recommending training programs for professional job development.
