Overview

With more than 8,000 students, FH Campus Wien is the largest university of applied sciences in Austria. The departments of Applied Nursing Science, Applied Life Sciences, Building and Design, Health Sciences, Social Work, Engineering as well as Administration, Economics, Security, Politics offer a choice of more than 60 part-time and full-time bachelor’s and master’s degree programs as well as master’s courses. FH Campus Wien is made up of three campuses and five partner locations. Training partnerships exist with the Vienna Health Association, the Vinzenz Group, the Nursing Academy of the Barmherzige Brüder, the Federal Ministry of Finance, the Federal Ministry of the Interior and the Federal Ministry of Art, Culture, Public Service and Sport. The FH Campus Wien network includes approximately 150 domestic and foreign universities and colleges as well as industrial enterprises, companies, associations, public institutions and schools. R&D projects conducted as part of the courses and external research contracts are managed by nine subject-specific competence centers. In addition, recognized certifications are proof of the high-quality management standards at FH Campus Wien. Continuing education in the form of seminars, modules and certificate programs are offered through the Campus Wien Academy. FH Campus Wien is committed to sustainability and is a founding member of the Sustainable Universities Cooperative.
