We develop Logistics Processes Automation (LPA) solutions, Powered by AI and capable of automating or eliminating routine and error-prone tasks. Different types of operation processes require different automation solutions and technologies, each specialized to handle particular functions and processes. We provide LPA Solutions for the most vital processes for logistics, transportation, and distribution operations: logistics operation processes, rates & pricing processes, contractual processes, resources management, and financial operation processes. LPA solutions and deployment depend on several factors, including industry and the existing or future size of business processes. We evaluate operation processes handled by individuals and teams on different levels of organizational structure. Then, we examine how data can be mined and leveraged to give a better insight into business operations.
