Fenway Law is Michael Loconto, a solo practitioner with a limited practice specializing in commercial contracts, data privacy and select compliance and regulatory matters. We are Boston-based with two decades of service in government and education. Specialties include: • Contract drafting and review, with expertise in data privacy; • Policy development, with expertise in regulatory compliance; • Title IX hearing officer or decision maker services; and • Small Business Technical Assistance consulting on basic legal issues facing neighborhood businesses, through the City of Boston's Office of Small Business.
