Feminist Dalit Organization (FEDO) was founded in Nepal as a non-profit, apolitical, and secular non-governmental organization in 1994 by a group of Dalit women with a passion to eliminate caste and gender-based discrimination. It is a pioneer organization to advocate Dalit rights and women’s rights simultaneously. It stands as a key resource organization on Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI).
