Females Forward is a new kind of volunteer mentor program that connects top, senior executive women with the next generation of female leaders via an open, inclusive format. Our mission is to provide access, actionable advice and shared learnings in public forums giving all women the chance to learn, thrive and succeed. We believe in bringing together a diverse range of female voices. We believe in putting inclusivity at the forefront. We believe in the women of the future who will one day be leading the charge.
