FB Rolls s.r.l. is founded in 2015. Born from the need of a generational turnover of Torneria F.B. di Bignami Giorgio s.a.s., a company operating in Cremona since 1979 as a mechanical workshop that operates on customer's design specialized in the field of equipment for rollforming lines. FB Rolls is a point of reference alongside the territory regarding the construction and the regeneration of rolls for tubes, rolls for rims and rolls for special sections. The positive results are the effects of strategic choices aimed at customer satisfaction. For this reason FB Rolls provides constant investments to continuous renewal of machinery and measuring instruments, adopting the most modern CAD-CAM solutions to best manage every aspect of production. Particular attention is given to the choice of raw materials and to the control of heat treatments that are performed only by specialized and certified firms.
