Fayth Hospitality Group, LLC (FHG) was formed to continue the hotel investment efforts of a group of family offices. FHG opportunistically invests in select and compact full-service hotels located in the continental United States. We develop and acquire hotels in markets and locations near multiple demand generators. We have experience in identifying and building hotels located in Opportunity Zones. For acquisitions, we focus on hotels with an up-branding opportunity, under-managed hotels, or hotels needing targeted capital investment.
