The business was founded in 2011 by Fintan Farrell who has over 30 years of experience in conservation services and has a strong reputation in the industry for his knowledge and expertise. He is descended from generations of stone masons, engineers and construction project managers so he grew up with this in his blood. Soon after, his daughter Laura joined the business bringing her own construction and conservation qualifications and experience to the table and in 2018 they rebranded the business from Fintan Farrell Conservation Services to Farrell Doyle Conservation. Together, Fintan and Laura exemplify this cornerstone idea of “blending traditional building methods with new conservation technologies so as to ensure the longevity of historic buildings for future generations.”
