Overview

The Family Courts Association of New Zealand (Auckland) Incorporated ("the Association") was originally set up as an Incorporated Society on 4 February 1981 after the establishment of the new specialist Family Court in New Zealand. The Association was set up to provide a forum for professionals involved with the Family Court (Judges, lawyers, counsellors, social workers, psychologists and Family Court staff) to network and exchange ideas, information and current research to further their awareness of current issues relating to family law and the Family Court.,
