We seize on the front-rank investment opportunities with a focus on SaaS, infrastructure software, security, fintech, insurance tech, commerce and consumer tech. Golden Falcon Capital is not a broker or agent whose goal is to earn a commission on a client's transactions. Since we trust our expertise, the fund invests its own capital in companies offered to investors. The target share of own funds is 10% - 25%. Our portfolio boasts dozens of successful companies and several effective exits. Expected IRR – 50% +. The target capital under management is $ 200M. The first phase of fundraising – $ 70M (until the end of 2021). The focal point is the USA, China, Israel and the UK, still there are companies from all over the world in the pipeline of our transactions.
