Overview

I offer individual coaching sessions for new and seasoned expatriates. Through customized coaching, I help expats adjust to their environment, create the life and community they want, and thrive in diverse cultures. Because of my almost 20 years of international experience living in the Middle East and Asia, I deal with a small but unique population of coaching clients - expatriates. Living abroad and reentry into one’s home country can be challenging, but it provides a time of unique opportunity for self-reflection. I help expats work through culture shock and create the life and experiences they want. I also offer corporate training and workshops on what to expect when moving abroad, international business practices, and intercultural communication.
