ExerciseOnly is a fitness firm set up by well-known Singapore-based fitness instructor Danny Teo. It aims to meet your fitness requirements through its results and goal-based fitness programs with the motto "Sore today, Strong tomorrow." We offer both personal and group lessons across our three different locations in Singapore, Gardens by the Bay, Meyer Park, Waterside, Costa Del Sol, and Bayshore Park.
