Yvonne Marie Bordeau-Hendricks is a Specialist in Exercise Therapy, Certified Nutritionist, Certified Personal Trainer and now author of her own cookbook, “Let’s Eat!”Authentic Neapolitan Recipes & World Travel Inspired Meals. She is Founder and President of Exercise Healthy Nutrition LLC and is a vegetarian “pescatarian” even before it was an actualized word who practices a healthy lifestyle for over 35 years. Ms Hendricks is an expert in her field and received credentials through a variety of sports science organizations namely, ISSA, International Sports & Science Association and NESTA, National Endurance & Sports Training Association while working full time in the news media photo industry for over 16 years. Among Ms Hendricks’ multi talents, she was a photo journalist in the late 80’s and early 90’s traveling throughout the United States, Europe, Asia and Mid East completing assignments for several leading fashion publications in an effort to publicize healthy living as a fashion trend.
