Exeltech Consulting, Inc., is a multidisciplinary engineering consulting firm, providing planning, civil and structural engineering design, environmental permitting, landscape design, and construction management and inspection services. We have experience with various project delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, GCCM, and Alliance Contracting. At Exeltech, we believe it is people, not companies, that successfully deliver projects! Project after project, we successfully plan and execute construction phasing to assure that operations and infrastructure systems are not adversely affected during project build-out. Exeltech, established in 1987, is a fully-insured, federally-certified DBE/MBE. Our staff of 40+ operates from offices located in Portland, OR; Tacoma, Seattle, and Lacey (headquarters), WA; and Burbank, California.
