Overview

The Executive Fellowship in Innovation Health Leadership (EFIHL) is a year-long, cohort-based program that exposes our Fellows to the nation’s industry leaders and develops the skills needed to accelerate their own organization’s capacity to innovate. This unique program prepares professionals for executive leadership responsibilities that drive innovation in their organizations. World-renowned faculty provide insight into their experiences with innovation, on topics ranging from leveraging existing infrastructure to delivering affordability, ensuring Fellows are prepared to view well-known situations through a new lens. By the end of EFIHL, graduates have developed the critical-thinking skill set needed to address new care delivery approaches in their own organization, both in terms of quality and cost. The EFIHL is offered by Arizona State University and the American Organization of Nurse Executives, in collaboration with the American Association for Physician Leadership.
