In 2019, the company was merged with Sumitomo Chemical India Limited. The company was one of the largest agrochemicals manufacturing company in India. ECCL worked closely with farmers, uplifting productivity and hence uplifting the stature, economic status etc with emphasis to long range commitment and dedication to agriculture.
