The European Weightlifting Federation (EWF) is a permanent non-profit organization composed of 49 National Federations affiliated with EWF. European Weightlifting Federation was established on September 20 1969 in Warsaw. For the benefit of all, the EWF aspires to promote weightlifting as a core sport and to encourage its development and unity.
