Evolution Contracting (EVCON) is an excavation company based in Morgantown, West Virginia. Founded in 2014 by acting President Jeremy Holt. EVCON has provided reliable and emergency services to our clients predominately in the West Virginia, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Michigan areas. We specialize in steep-slope slip repairs, pipeline integrity digs, asset decommissioning, powerline phase raising projects, HDPE fusing and installation, access road and right-of-way clearing, right-of-way improvements and maintenance, aerial seeding, access matting, and emergency environmental services. What separates us from other excavation company's is our in-house engineering team. EVCON can provide our clients permitting and design services along with our excavation services.
