These features need to be regularly maintained to avoid expensive replacement costs. EverGreen's ongoing inspection service ensures that maintenance is happening efficiently. Because we do not actually provide the maintenance and all of our inspection reports are stamped by a professional engineer, you can trust that our assessment of your infrastructure will be precise and accurate. Our reports can and should be submitted to the reviewing agency (typically the City) as your annual self-assessment as required by your permit and maintenance plan.
