Here at Evaluate and Achieve we believe that the core to the success of any small to medium sized business is the building and implementation of a solid sales strategy. Many companies start with a great idea and struggle to grow their sales revenues beyond a certain limit. Challenges such as routes to market, market positioning, price points and service costs all have an impact upon business growth and employing sales people without a clear and deliverable plan to overcome these issues can have a severe impact upon the companies ability to succeed. External sales training is often the first course of action for organisations wishing to grow revenues, but businesses need to understand that most sales teams consist of a number of people with different skill-sets, levels of product knowledge and sales experience. Sending your salespeople to a one-size-fits-all course will not deliver to the needs of wants of the individuals or the business as a whole and unless the trainer can provide detailed recent sales experience of working in your industry you run the risk of providing generalised skills development that may well not be needed. Our mission is to fully understand your business, its targets, current processes and product range. We then work in partnership to build a deliverable, strong and consistent sales strategy, with advice on everything from understanding the sales cycle, effective pipeline management, maximising routes to market and over sales strategy.
