Luxembourg-based Fund boutique providing a turn-key AIFMD compliant RAIF solution to small and medium sized managers of alternative investment solutions looking to manage and distribute their funds within the European Union (“EU passport”) as well as globally. Our multi-compartment umbrella structure, European Fund Hive SCA-RAIF, provides independent alternative asset managers with the ability to manage their own dedicated AIFMD compliant fund compartment while relying on competent local partners to supervise and manage their AIFMD regulatory requirements. As Luxembourg based administrative partner, we aim at optimising the management of all AIFMD related regulatory and administrative obligations, enhancing time to market while reducing costs.
