From your first contact with us, your advisor will give you a helping hand to find the most effective improvement for your property. Everything we do is led by the strictest of government guidelines via Ofgem and our compliance to them PAS2030 (http://gdorb.decc.gov.uk/code-of-practice). The improvements that could save you the most energy depend on your home, but the most typical examples include; Insulation, eg. external wall, cavity wall or loft; Heating; condensing boilers and controls, Draught-proofing; Double glazing; Renewable energy generation, eg. Solar panels or heat pumps. Your personal advisor will be your constant point of contact so you'll always have someone to turn to- before, during and after your improvements. How can this be paid for? We currently have access to government ECO funding to help towards your improvements. We will then look at Green Deal Finance (http://www.tgdfc.org/providers/our-finance/) to help you meet the full cost of the improvements, a lot of the time without any upfront costs. This is unique, in so much as the loan is not against a particular individual, but against the property’s meter and the future bill payers can continue to make payments as a beneficiary of the work completed.
