My commitment to you – if you are a seller or a buyer: I will provide a personalised, individual, dedicated service focussing and giving quality time to your needs before; during and after the sale. I will facilitate the bureaucracy as much as possible through my experience and very careful negotiations. I will creatively promote your property and its environment using social networks and generate interested communities; I will regularly keep you informed of all enquiries or new properties available and follow-up all your communications and queries for peace of mind. I will advise on the needs that I may have in the after sales and provide contacts and suppliers of all services you may need for your new life in your new home. I will be in charge of facilitating the appropriate advisers for the legal and financial part of the operation. I can communicate in Majorcan, Spanish or English to make it more comfortable to communicate.
