Overview

We represent the next generation of ER Law members. ER Law Limited is a not for profit membership organisation for lawyers practising across the resources and energy space. ER Law has branches in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia and Northern Territory. Who are Young Professionals? A Young Professional is a lawyer who has practiced in the area of energy and resources law (including related areas like projects and infrastructure, banking and finance, corporate or litigation) for six years or less. What does the Young Professionals Committee (YPC) do? The YPC seeks to engage and represent emerging energy and resources lawyers in Australia and the Asian region and forge the future path of ER Law. Our focus is on: - hosting ER Law events specifically for emerging leaders to promote collegiality; - creating industry-focused educational initiatives which are targeted and relevant to emerging leaders; - assisting emerging leaders to develop their professional and legal skills. Who are we?
