Equ-Insights Equine Assisted Learning and Leadership programs are designed for teams and individuals who seek a powerful, dynamic, hands-on approach to identifying and addressing their personal and professional goals. Our programs combine Equine-Assisted Learning (EAL) approaches, proven tools and assessments, and cross-disciplinary coaching techniques to help teams and individuals achieve their maximum potential. The interactions between horses and people work as metaphors for our daily actions and the impact our behavior has on our environments. This allows us to reflect on how these behaviors facilitate or hinder the achievement of our objectives. These insights are the Gateways to Growth. All our activities - highly dynamic and experiential - allow people to interact with horses and reflect on their own attitudes, emotions and reactions to identify and cultivate behaviors that are most functional for both individuals and teams. Our workshops are tailored to the needs of each client to ensure a meaningful change experience for our clients. Activities are facilitated by certified experiential education practitioners and expert horse wranglers, who ensure both the safety of participants and focus on the learning objectives. We customize services to your needs. Nothing we do is packaged, cookie‐cutter or off‐the‐shelf. Every leader, team, and organization is different, which means that every approach must be unique to some degree. Prior to submitting a proposal, we will work with you to determine the purpose and goals of your workshop. We will also seek information about each participant which will inform which exercises and approaches are incorporated into your session(s). We design exceptional leadership experiences that help leaders unify and align their language, purpose, and emotions into meaningful action.
