Overview

Established in 2017, our aim is to support business and corporations in Indonesia by providing corporate secretarial services and legal translations. We provide English to Indonesian legal documents translation and vice versa. Translations provided are carefully made by translators with excellent command of English and/or Indonesian (if not native) and verified by translators of legal background. Bearing in mind that law is most of the time related with other industries, we provide the translations with accurate terminologies and expressions in the industry. We help new businesses from company set up to on going company secretarial compliance services, including among others: organising shareholders, directors and commissioners meetings. Inherently, we provide advisory on company compliance.
