Founded in 1996 and based in Milan, Italy, EPI is an omnichannel licensed sports retailer who manages the official online and physical retail stores for top Italian football clubs AC Milan, Atalanta, Bologna, Fiorentina, Inter Milan, and Lazio as well as the Italian Football Federation FIGC. EPI also works closely with international brands and leagues, including Nike, adidas, Puma, partners with Italian basketball team Olimpia Milano and operates the NBA retail store in central Milan and the renowned football specialist omnichannel retailer The Pitch - Football Store. EPI’s business capabilities include: full end-to-end e-commerce operations, including online site management, customer service, digital marketing and fulfillment; and full in-venue and physical retail store operation, including in-store buying, merchandising, and staffing. In April 2023, EPI is acquired by Fanatics that will rebrand it and launch Fanatics Italy, further cementing Fanatics’ presence within the Italian market and laying the groundwork for future growth.
