EPC Assess Ltd provide Energy Performance Certificates for New & Existing, Domestic & Commercial Buildings. We also provide SAP & SBEM assessments to ensure that your New Build project is compliant with Part L of the Building Regulations. An Energy Performance Certificate is required for all buildings being sold or rented within the UK (domestic & commercial) & SAP & SBEM Reports are required for all New Build, Conversion & Extension projects to ensure Part L has been achieved. We are fully accredited for ALL building types and use Government approved software to produce an Energy Rating for your building in addition to energy saving advice and recommendations to improve your energy rating even further. EPC, SAP & SBEM are legally required assessments for all existing and new buildings (either new-build or from change of use).
