Overview

We bring together a diverse and highly-skilled team offering a range of environmental services to suit any project. We can: - Undertake pre-development surveys in a range of specialist fields; - Prepare project approval documents and guide you through the approvals process; - Prepare environmental management plans; - Undertake compliance audits against approval documentation; - Provide ongoing environmental services and advice; and, - Help your organisation to access funding for environmental restoration activities. TEF has expertise in a wide range of ecological survey and assessment. We are well versed in the requirements of State and Commonwealth environmental legislation and policy, and have applied our experience to a diverse range of projects from major infrastructure initiatives to urban developments, in order to define the constraints and opportunities inherent within any proposal. TEF has the capacity to work through each stage of a project, from Concept Design, to Construction and Commissioning, right to project finalisation. We consistently deliver outcomes with integrity and rigour to satisfy regulatory bodies. TEF has proven experience in implementing the Biodiversity Assessment Method (BAM) and undertaking State and Federal agency liaison, as well as in developing and implementing management plans, constraints and opportunities assessments, undertaking desktop analyses, targeted threatened species assessments, and producing accurate and informative maps. TEF has a proven ability to work in extreme and remote areas, in any part of Australia. To assist with successful project delivery, TEF also offers a range of environmental auditing and compliance review services. Our capabilities in this area range from conducting brief site inspections to verify compliance with approval documentation, through to the provision of an Independent Environmental Management Representative (EMR) or external auditor to meet Major Project requirements.
