Overview
Engineers Without Borders Princeton University is a student-led organization dedicated to addressing development challenges through the implementation of sustainable engineering projects abroad, drawing on the long legacy of “Princeton in the Nation’s Service and in the Service of All Nations.” EWB-Princeton provides educational opportunities in international development through EWB–USA approved engineering projects while simultaneously embodying the University’s core ideas of academic pragmatism, engaged internationalism, and educational service. We not only engage undergraduate and graduate engineering students in its projects, but also involve students and faculty of all backgrounds who are seeking to learn about international development through the fields of anthropology, language, history, and cultural studies. We currently have three teams working on water-focused projects in the Dominican Republic, Kenya, and Peru.
