Overview

Emor Industrial Engineering was established in 1995 as a producer of industrial furnaces and motorcycle spare parts. Since then, the company has expanded its scope to include aluminum casting, heat treatment, and machining, offering services to various sectors. The company has achieved several significant milestones in its history. In 2013, as a founding partner of ESP Engineering Ltd, it established an aluminum ingot production plant with a capacity of 450 tons/month in Ghana. In 2014, Emor Industrial Engineering produced Turkey's first low-pressure casting machine in collaboration with Altun Döküm. In 2016, the company continued to expand its reach, exporting PGT cylinders and pistons of the two-stroke engine to North Africa by purchasing them from Bisan. In the same year, it acquired the EMO brand registration, becoming a pioneer in this field. In 2019, the company began exporting MBK cylinders and pistons of the two-stroke engine. Emor Industrial Engineering has been providing heat treatment facilities to companies that produce steel castings, wearing parts of construction machines, and automotive crankshafts for over 20 years. The company has also designed and manufactured special magnesium melting furnaces for Kar Mineral, the only producer of magnesium ingots in Turkey. In collaboration with AKM Metallurgy, Emor Industrial Engineering successfully produced the first low-pressure precast relining application. The company's furnaces are used by leading players in the aluminum sector, including Cevher, CMS, Componenta Group, and Maxion Inci Wheel Group. In addition to domestic projects, Emor Industrial Engineering exports special industrial furnaces to Algeria, Ghana, and Tunisia. The company also carries out furnace design, manufacturing, and renovation studies.
