Founded in 2020, Embrace offers an overall Wellness and Career Coaching program - both for individuals and small to large-sized employers. Every session is curated depending on the goals of the individuals/group. The main focus of Embrace is to empower, transform, and create impulse to discover the potential of becoming a better version of yourself. Hello everyone, Coach Rosemarie here. Just some background information about me. I was born in a small province in the Philippines. I was born into a family of strong, disciplined, and business-minded women. My grandma is my inspiration in life. She was a World War II survivor, raised 5 kids on her own after her husband passed (when my mom was only in grade school), and made sure to raise all of us by instilling important family traditions, pride, and values. I have 4 beautiful children and 4 dogs. I love animals! My career started in Human Resources and now have over 20 years experience in that industry. My experience includes working for small to large sized corporations. My main focus was to climb that "corporate ladder," and was trying so hard to "Keep Up with the Joneses," but my health suffered. In 2007, I was diagnosed with an Autoimmune Disease called Grave's Disease. Stress was the number one factor/cause that brought my health to its knees. After being diagnosed, I spent a lot of time in and out of the doctor's office, labs, including 2 weeks in the ICU, and radiation therapy. My journey to where I am now was not an easy one. Little by little, by eating well and injecting fitness into my daily routine, I became better. I am now in remission. Health/Wellness became a passion of mine. In 2020, I decided to turn my passion into my career! I couldn't be more happier! I am NOW a proud Certified Health, Life, and Career Coach. I want to help others discover a part of themselves that has been waiting to be awaken. We are all capable of something better and to dig deep inside our heart, mind, and soul.
