Emerging Markets Food Services (EM Food Services) was an F&B investment firm created in 2010 and sold to Newrest group in 2019 with annual revenue above $25m and with 1500 employees. EM Food Services was a leading multi sector Food & Beverage operator, particularly in emerging markets in South East Asia and also a part of a global food service alliance with Europe and United States. EM Food Services was based in Singapore and was operating directly in Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Singapore and Malaysia within more than 100 sites. EM Foods Services used to manage, and operate F&B outlets in international Airports in South East Asia; operate contract food services, serve 20 000 meals a day to factories, industrial facilities as well as schools, and hotels; run 2 HACPP-certified central kitchens, committed to quality, innovation, food safety & sanitation, serve more than 500 Clients including Starbucks; develop and manage 20 outlets in retail restaurants in Cambodia from international to local brands.
