Overview

I am an experienced consultant, working largely for third sector organisations, artists, community groups and small businesses. I have always - and still do - work in these areas myself, so understand the complexities of many organisations' situations, and the precariousness with which certain operational decisions must be approached. I work as a freelance website developer and marketing strategist, and can provide example sites and references upon request. I provide this service at a significantly discounted rate for charities, third sector organisations, community groups and small business owners/self-employed workers. I am also an experienced Equality and Diversity Consultant, specialising in safeguarding (adults & children), HR practice, mental health, education, accessibility and policy development. I am currently finishing an MSc in Psychology, and through this have completed numerous data analysis consultancy projects to a high level.
