Overview
The Electrochemical Flow Systems laboratory is headed by David Vermaas and part of the Transport Phenomena Group and of the e-Refinery institute at Delft University of Technology. We focus on environmental challenges such as renewable energy storage and CO2 capture and utilization. We are especially interested in mass transport in electrochemical flow systems such as electrolyzers, redox flow batteries and (reverse) electrodialysis setups.
