Overview

EIW is structured to provide architectural services in a way that engages, encourages and inspires our clients. At the heart of our philosophy is recognition that we become part of a planning and design team, working with people in the context of respect and innovation. A spirit of collaboration enables visionary ideas to be formulated, sustainable design solutions to be proposed and engenders ownership for the end users in all projects. All staff has an appreciation of this concept of collaboration, a desire to embrace current trends and research, and a commitment to delivering projects within time and budget constraints. Our values include: Respect EIW values respect in all our relationships. This is embraced with clients, authorities, sub-consultants, trade representatives, builders and sub-contractors alike. Creativity Creative thinking goes beyond design solutions and encompasses any task carried out within our organisation. EIW encourages staff members to think creatively in all situations. Perception EIW harnesses experience from 20 years of working with institutional clients and acknowledges that each are unique. We encourage a sensitivity from our staff to offer ideas in the context of each clients’ ethos. Passion EIW staff that are enriched through their work are passionate about the tasks they perform and the architecture they create. Service Architecture is a service profession and all tasks performed need to be seen in this context. EIW also supports community service projects and staff are individually involved in a number of voluntary roles within the community.
