Eigocenter was an English school and education consultancy based in Fukuoka City, Japan. We taught English language courses to Japanese people -- high school students, university students, and adults. A major part of our work was setting up and running short-term overseas EFL study courses, which involved taking over 150 Japanese high school and university students per year to the UK (mainly Oxford, Bath and Canterbury). In addition, Eigocenter acted as an agent for Canterbury Christ Church University in the UK, and sent Japanese students there for long-term English courses or for master's degree programmes.
