Overview

Erwin, Fountain & Jackson, P.A., a professional corporation was established by Richard J. Erwin, II, Donald A. Fountain and C. Kevin Jackson. Over the years we have grown, and are now recognized as being among the larger local accounting firms in the Greater Jacksonville, Florida area. We are a recognized leader in the business and nonprofit community. Our success is based on building partnering relationships with all our clients. EFJ is large enough to serve a wide variety of clients, but small enough to maintain personalized attention. EFJ is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. As a member, we undergo a rigorous review by other CPAs who then render a report on the results of that review. We received an unqualified peer review report for our most recent peer review in 2009 and all-prior peer reviews. Additionally, we are a member of the Private Company Practice Section as well as the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Highly Trained Professionals: The professional team at EFJ are highly trained to provide technical and consulting services in the areas of accounting, taxes, and strategic planning to nonprofit, profit and service organizations and related entities. Professional training is maintained by staff members through participation in and presentation of educational programs conducted both in-house by our firm and state-wide sponsored by national, state, and local professional societies and associations. At EFJ, you can always expect us to be open and objective in our discussions about your financial objectives and our associated fees. We understand the importance of a relationship built on frequent client interaction, mutual respect, and uncompromising trust. In fact, many of our clients see us on a monthly basis, which provides an open forum for financial discussions throughout the year.
