We plant trees of half and invest the other half in sustainable solar and wind energy projects. In this way we compensate at least 3 times the CO2 emissions of 1 kilo coffee and we are therefore climate positive. Our premium quality freshly roasted coffee beans come from Rainforest Alliance certified coffee plantations in South America, Asia and Africa. The RFA quality mark guarantees that the coffee has been produced fairly, with an eye for people and the environment. The Specialty Coffee “Brazil” comes from the cooperative Capricornio, in Brazil. We buy the beans through This Side Up. They ensure a fair and transparent coffee chain for everyone.
