In education there's one of the greatest potentials of human performance, health, social satisfaction and social development. However, the gap between opportunity and reality has never been wider. We are changing that. Our VISION: We build the stage for the ideas of a contemporary humanist education strategy. Why? To give a stage to the most current ideas for the implementation of a humanist education strategy in conjunction with technological support solutions. And in order to prepare and promote their implementation internationally and collaboratively. An essential role in the success of this approach play leadership. Leadership is a skill that can be learned. It's a way of thinking, interpreting and tackling things. It is an attitude. And you can't start practicing it early enough. Leadership starts right here: with myself. Our MISSION: - On the basis of the humanistic "Educational Ideal", we develop a contemporary, feasible "Educational Optimal". - We bring experts, experienced practitioners and visionaries from educational research and practice onto the digital stage. - We confront any of the ideas and experiences with our own in discourse in order to use the findings synergistically. - We work with scientific care and prudence. - We publish our findings and thoughts in a suitable form in order to make them available to the widest possible professional and non-specialist audience. - We show ways of efficiently implementing these findings in a suitable form in universities, primary and secondary schools, in vocational training and further education, as well as in the health learning and educational environment.
