Edinburgh School of Food & Wine has made a habit of exceeding expectations at every level since our establishment in 1986. Operating from our home on the Newliston Estate, close to Edinburgh and easily accessible from all major Scottish cities, we cover all aspects of culinary education through group bonding, team building, reward and recognition and fun-filled away days. In addition to the work we do within the school, we also provide outside catering services to major businesses across Edinburgh and cater for many weddings/events throughout central Scotland each year.
