Welcome to the LinkedIn page of the East Hampton Town Police Department. The East Hampton Town Police Department is committed to excellence in its service to the community. Together with that community, we will develop a sense of community pride and an atmosphere intolerant of criminal activity. The EHTPD is a NYS Department of Criminal Justice Services Accredited municipal law enforcement agency. We have 63 sworn police officers serving in patrol, detectives, supervisory, administrative and various specialized unit roles. We are committed to maintaining our Accreditation status, and focus on training and professionalism for all of our officers. Ongoing evaluation of our mission, use of our resources, and feedback from the community we serve is vital to continuing to develop and grow as an agency.
