Eagle Project Management Consultants provides Project Management and Engineering Services in the Engineering and Construction industry. Our focus is typically an Owners Engineer role on multidisciplinary projects in which we provide Project Management, Multidiscipline Engineering, Contract Management, EPC/EPCM Procurement, Project Controls, Claims consultancy and Forensic investigations all under one umbrella. Eagle is well versed in the NEC, FIDIC, JBCC and GCC contract formats but can also manage any other contract format used. We are conversant in setting up project strategies, contracting strategies, contract compilation, formal commercial tendering processes, and contract management. Engineering specialists are appointed as and when required on projects or specialist tasks as required by our clients. Our engineering specialists are highly skilled with many years of experience. Eagle is highly skilled in managing and processing claims on projects. The many years of experience enables Eagle to process claims timeously, effectively and professionally. In the unfortunate event of a claim being referred for Adjudication or Arbitration Eagle is well equipped to perform forensic investigations for claims and to assist the client and its personnel through the Adjudication/Arbitration process.
